I founded Ecopeace Teen Café as a youth-led initiative to create safe, inclusive spaces where young people could engage in dialogue on peace, sustainability, and civic responsibility. In its early stages, I worked closely with 12 global volunteers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds who helped shape the platform’s vision, structure, and facilitation approach. Together, we built a space where teenagers could meet across differences, practice respectful dialogue, and develop critical thinking grounded in real community experiences rather than abstract theory.
Over time, Ecopeace Teen Café evolved into a grassroots platform that connects youth dialogue with broader social and policy contexts. Through this work, I have translated community-level conversations into informed civic engagement, integrating environmental justice, peacebuilding, and participatory leadership. By mentoring young people in facilitation, ethical leadership, and consensus-building, I have contributed to developing future leaders with a practical understanding of governance, stakeholder engagement, and inclusive decision-making.
